Patricia A. Simonds, age 73, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Friday, March 8, 2024.  She was born on May 1, 1950 in Wellsboro, PA, a daughter of the late Frederick and Marietta (Dexter) Coupe.  Pat graduated from the Williamsport Community College and had volunteered at the Broad Acres Nursing Home, Wellsboro, PA.  She was married for 55 years to Clifford Simonds and attended the Coolidge Hollow Community Church.  She enjoyed walking, watching old TV shows, reading, selling Avon and living in Florida.  She is survived by her husband: Cliff Simonds of Wellsboro, PA, sons: Seth Simonds of Warren, PA, Shawn (Nicole) Simonds of Westfield, PA, daughter: Sarah Simonds of Lawrenceville, PA, sister: Terry Mahosky of Wellsboro, PA, grandchildren: Hunter Simonds and Madilyn Simonds.  She was predeceased by a sister: Sandra Reese, son: Timothy Scott Simonds, and a daughter: Lori Ann Simonds. Visitation will be on Monday, March 11, 2024 from 4 to 7 pm at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.  Private family graveside service will be held at the Antrim Cemetery with Pastor Bill Baker officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, 1730 M Street, NW, Suite 650, Washington, DC 20036.
